Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with US Department of Transportation for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount of Two Million Three Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Four Hundred and Six Dollars and Fifty One Cents ($2,396,406.51) to support the City's "Equitably Empowering EV Ownership in the City of Pittsburgh through Community Charging Infrastructure" project. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400491.45703.00.
