Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with a consultant or consultants for professional training services at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), and providing for the payment of the cost thereof.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Acting Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a consultant or consultants for professional training services, at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Sub Code 030, Account 564100, Organization 230000, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.

Section 2.  It is requested that this Resolution become effective the date of the Mayor's signature.
