Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, having advertised and received proposals are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with KCI Technologies for design, engineering and miscellaneous services associated with the 28^th Street Bridge construction project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Nine Hundred Thousand ($900,000) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
