Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with various community-based organizations for the implementation of the 2023 Neighborhood Economic Development program and provide operating support for these groups, and provide for the payment at a cost thereof, at a cost not to exceed $500,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
