Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into agreement or agreements with consultants or use existing agreements, and contracts with vendors, consultants or contractors, purchase software and/or hardware for the creation and maintenance of a Single Master Address File for the City of Pittsburgh. Cost not to exceed $200,000.00.  Chargeable to and payable from the following:  Account 500000, Fund 5100, Organization 110000, Project No. 2267165, PGHPR, Budget Year 2002.
