Resolution granting unto Community Builders, Inc. 201 S. Highland Avenue, Suite 201 Pittsburgh, PA 15206, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, building façade additions for 5801 Penn Avenue in the 11th Ward, 3rd 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That the Community Builders, Inc. 201 S. Highland Avenue, Suite 201 Pittsburgh, PA 15206, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense:
Penn Circle West: roof level metal clad canopy extending 3' 7” over the property line, 65' in length, 49' up from the sidewalk area. Two (2) bay windows, 12' wide, extending 2'6” over the property line, 12' up from the sidewalk area. Entry metal clad canopy- 16' wide, 7' out over the property line, 11' up from the sidewalk area. Building façade-extending 6” over the property line, 31' wide, 12' above grade, all per Exhibit A.

N. Beatty Street: Roof level metal clad canopy extending 3'7” over the property line, 85' in length, 49' above grade. Two (2) bay windows, 12' wide , extending 2'6” over the property line, 12' up from the sidewalk area; all per Exhibit B.

In the 11th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-659 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.

Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction.
