Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for the reimbursement by the School District to the City for the cost of services rendered by the Office of the City Treasurer in the billing and collection of School District taxes during the year 2012 and subsequent years.
