Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Tax Collection Committee to pay the City’s share of the 2016 expenses of operating the Allegheny County Central Tax Collection District related to tax collection. Said agreement shall not exceed Ten Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Five Dollars and Forty Two Cent. ($10,745.42) chargeable to and payable from Department of Finance, Administrative Fees, Account 107000.53101, Fund 111101, Budget Year 2016.
