Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Precision Auto Express Repair, in an amount not to exceed SIX THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-FIVE CENTS ($6,347.85), for repairs to a Pittsburgh Bureau of Police vehicle. Funds are chargeable to and payable from JDE account 2300241600.56503.00.
