Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, having advertised and received proposals are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with Power Construction Company for the Construction Phase of the CBD Signals Phase 4 Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Three Million Eight Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred One Dollars and Twenty Cents ($3,822,201.20), payable from the following account/s):
