Title
Resolution providing for the issuance of an agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, acting as fiduciary for the Southwestern Pennsylvania Emergency Response Group, hereinafter referred to as Region 13. The agreement will provide a means in which the Mayor of Pittsburgh and the Director of Emergency Management may accept funds for reimbursement of City costs accrued in the Major League Baseball All-Star Game. Amount of reimbursement not to exceed $207, 776.92.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Emergency Management are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Allegheny County, acting fiduciary for Region 13, to accept Federal Homeland Security Funds for reimbursement of City costs associated with the 2006 Major League Baseball All-Star Game, not to exceed $207,776.92. The funds will be deposited to the following accounts:
Fund 2463, Org 213000, Subclass 600, Account 452700, BY 2007, Amount $23,494.13
Fund 1000, Org 210000, Account 452700, BY 2007, Amount $184,282.79
