Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution number 772 of 2012, effective January 1, 2013, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2013 Capital Budget, and approving the 2013 through 2018 Capital Improvement Program” which presently reads as per the Current Budget Amount, is further amended to read as per the Revised Budget Amount.
