WHEREAS, the Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project (PUMP) is a non-profit organization that engages young professionals by providing opportunities for civic engagement, social interaction, and educational opportunities; and

WHEREAS, it is PUMP's mission to work to attract and retain young professionals to the area; and

WHEREAS, PUMP desires to auction off an automobile at their annual "40 Under 40" fundraiser, in order to raise funds to support the programming and operations of the organization.
