Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Thelma Morris c/o Saul Davis, 710 Fifth Avenue, Suite 2050, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, in the aggregate sum of $5,000.00 in full and final settlement of a claim filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County at No.: AR 02-006411 relating to the City of Pittsburgh arising from alleged personal injury on or about May 2, 2002, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Judgments, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub. 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200 Budget Year 2003.
