Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 861, effective January 1, 2000, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2000 Capital Budget and the 2000 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2000 through 2005 Capital Improvement Program," by decreasing "East Liberty-Penn Circle Rehabilitation" by $136,288.85 and increasing "Architectural Engineering Services by $136,288.85."

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 816, effective January 1, 2000, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 861, effective January 1, 2000, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
