Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $5,500 warrant in favor of ALCOA, c/o Shannon Connery, Facilities Manager, 201 Isabella Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15212, in settlement of a claim damage to the granite wall at the entrance to their headquarters at 201 Isabella Street, from a City police van backing into it on April 9, 2012, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2013.
