WHEREAS, the Pittsburgh City Council by Ordinance 42 of 2018 amended Section 417.06 of the City of Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances to require final legislative approval of City Council should the Director of Mobility and Infrastructure recommend concrete reconstruction of a street that is currently brick, block stone, wood, or concrete.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure is authorized to have Fallowfield Avenue from Hampshire Avenue to Broadway Avenue be reconstructed as a concrete street.
