The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1: Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two: Fiscal, Article I: Administration, Chapter 218 Capital Budget and Improvement Plan, by creating Section 218.05(f).

(f) The Office of Management and Budget shall provide written notice of proposed grant applications to City Council prior to submission if the project or activity is not pre-approved in current or prior year’s capital budget, and/or if the amount of grant funding sought is greater than $250,000. Such notice must be provided by the Office of Management and Budget via email to the City Clerk to be distributed to each City Council Office.
