Resolution amending resolution No. 181, effective April 5, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements by and between the City of Pittsburgh and the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania to conduct a veterinary technician training program as part of the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 9 at a cost not to exceed $68,000.00, and providing for the payment thereof" by reducing the pre-encumbrance by $24,716.48 from $68,000 to $43,283.52.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Deputy Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania, to conduct a veterinary technician training program at a cost not to exceed Forty Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Three dollars and Fifty Two cents ($43,283.52), chargeable to and payable from the Neighborhood Needs Program, Fund 5100, Organization 101190, Subclass 350, Project/Grant N417002, Budget Year 2000, Account 566100
