Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Deputy Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania, to conduct a veterinary technician training program at a cost not to exceed Forty Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Three dollars and Fifty Two cents  ($43,283.52), chargeable to and payable from the Neighborhood Needs Program, Fund 5100, Organization 101190, Subclass 350, Project/Grant N417002, Budget Year 2000, Account 566100
