Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with Common Cause & Sasaki for costs associated with the development of a citywide engagement strategy to support the Citywide Comprehensive Plan and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, a sum not to exceed Two Million Six Hundred Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($2,645,000), to be paid from the Department of City Planning’s Operating Budget, subject to appropriation by City Council in future budget years.

 

Funds shall be paid from the following JDE accounts:

$2,645,000 from 11101.110000.53.53901.2024

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
