Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The following items in Resolution Number 363, effective May 30, 2024, authorizing the sale of properties in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984, are hereby repealed. The hand money is to be refunded. Item AC: 613 Herschel Street (Council District No. 2) and Item AD: 611 Herschel Street (Council District No. 2)
