NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, pursuant to which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will transfer $2,442.03 to the City of Pittsburgh to be used by the Department of City Planning to fund community development corporations.  Said funds will be deposited in the Community Based Organizations Trust Fund.
