Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Petrack & Company Real Estate for the performance of real estate sales and services for the twelve month period ending September 2004, at a cost not to exceed all necessary and incidental expenses including One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per listing and 4% commission based upon sale price, chargeable to and payable from Special Trust Fund - Three Taxing Bodies.
