Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 703 of 2023, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fisher Philips for legal services in connection with collective bargaining, by increasing the total spend by $250,000.00 for a new not to exceed amount of $300,000.00," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements and amendments thereto, with Fisher Phillips for legal services in connection with collective bargaining, an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($300,000.00 by increasing the approved amount by EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($85,000.00) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($385,000.00) over three years, charging to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:
