Resolution amending Resolution 151 effective March 14, 2003 which presently reads, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, and/or a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for the completion of construction of a community building at the corner of Second and Johnston Avenues in Hazelwood payable from the Mayor's Unspecified Local Option. Amount not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($16,550)" by adding the wording and/or operating costs.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 151, effective March 14, 2003, is hereby amended as follows, "The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements in a form approved by City Solicitor, for completion of a community building at the corner of Second and Johnston Avenues in Hazelwood. The original construction costs were provided from District 5 Neighborhood Needs funds. The Mayor's funds will pay for the interior and exterior finish and some landscaping work and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, services and/or operating cost. Amount not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($16,550.00) chargeable to and payable from Mayor's Office -Hazelwood Beautification Project # 2267057, Account 600000, Fund 2610, Org. 102000, Sub-Class C2001, Budget Year 2001."
