Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Acting Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, or Contract or Contracts with SmartWorks Partners, Inc., Cohen Law Group, and CTC Technology & Energy for the renegotiation of the City’s Cable Franchise Agreements with Comcast and Verizon, including an Institutional Network needs assessment, in an amount not to exceed one hundred seven thousand, five hundred dollars ($107,500), chargeable to and payable from account number 11101.103000.53.53901.2018.
