Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $6,911.23 warrant in favor of Duquesne Light Company, c/o Jonathan A. Orie, Esquire, Tucker Arensburg, P.C., 1500 One PPG Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, in settlement of a claim for a damaged light pole, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
