Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Charles J. Kolling, Legislative Consultant, for consulting services to assist the City of Pittsburgh in acquiring state assistance and funding and to work with various agencies of government for the benefit of the City of Pittsburgh during 2002, at an aggregate cost not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Sub Account 150, Organization 102000, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2002, Miscellaneous Services, Mayor's Office.
 
      This Resolution shall be effective January 1, 2002.
