Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief Equity Officer, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with Tydings & Rosenberg, LLP for services related to Disparity Studies for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), at a cost not to exceed Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($26,200.00) One Hundred Forty Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($146,200.00).
