Title

Resolution authorizing the execution of a Right of Entry or License Agreement with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in connection with the Nine Mile Run Watershed Ecosystem Restoration Project.  (Council District No. 5).

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The appropriate officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into a Right of Entry or License Agreement with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ("ACOE") in connection with the Nine Mile Run Watershed Ecosystem Restoration Project, in form approved by the City Solicitor, authorizing ACOE and its contractors to enter on to land owned by the City to perform all necessary and appropriate work required to construct the project.
