Resolution further amending Resolution No. 863 of 2018, effective January 1, 2019, as amended, entitled "Resolution adopting and approving the 2019 Capital Budget and the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2019 through 2024 Capital Improvement Program" so as to re-allocate Fifty-five Thousand, Six Hundred Ninety-Two Dollars and Sixty Cents ($55,692.60) of Community Development Block Grant - Cares Act (CDBG-CV) funding to The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank two food banks, and authorize a subsequent Agreement or Agreements.

Section 1. Resolution No. 863 of 2018, effective January 1, 2019, as amended, which presently reads as per Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.
