Be it resolved  by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Acting Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts in a form approved by the City Solicitor:  UPMC WorkPartners shall engage in nurse case management services in connection with the monitoring of certain worker's compensation claims and medical treatment beginning on January 1, 2005, at a cost not to exceed $125,000 (One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars) chargeable and payable from Code Account 44-9, Workers' Compensation Program Medical Administration, Index Code 004499, Account 574300, Fund 1000, Organization 999300, Sub Class 040, and Budget Year 2005, Department of Personnel & Civil Service Commission.
