BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
 
Section 1.  Description 8 of Resolution No. 404 of 2006 is hereby amended by correcting the description of the right of way and roadway described therein and the acceptance and dedication thereof as reflected on Exhibit "A" attached hereto so as to properly reflect the as-built right of way and roadway and to amend the acceptance and dedication thereof to provide for the dedication and acceptance of the right of way and roadway as built and accurately depicted on Exhibit "A", which dedication and acceptance is hereby ratified and confirmed, as herein corrected as reflected on Exhibit "A".  
 
Section 2. To the extent matters contained within Resolution No. 404 may be inconsistent herewith, such inconsistencies shall be deemed repealed and of no force and effect.
