Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $5,319.29 warrant in favor of Mark Guarino, 28 Navajo Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241, in settlement of a damaged vehicle due to a City Fire vehicle, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
