Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief & Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into a grant agreement with the Henry L. Hillman Foundation to receive $250,000 in funding to support the implementation of the Inclusive Innovation Roadmap.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Chief & Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Henry L. Hillman Foundation for the receipt of grant monies in the amount of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000). These funds will be used to support the implementation of the Inclusive Innovation Roadmap. The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into JDE #0329400184.48311.00 Budget Year 2016.
Section 2. The Chief & Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby further authorized to enter into agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement with the Henry L. Hillman Foundation outlined in Section 1 of this resolution. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) chargeable to and payable from JDE #0329400184.50000.00 for Budget Year 2016.
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
