Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with ConnectYourCare for services relating to the administration of the City of Pittsburgh’s Flexible Spending Account program for a sum not to exceed Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($23,100.00) over three years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years.

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

2020:                      $7,700.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2020, Item Number 22222-2

2021:                      $7,700.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2021, Item Number 22222-2

2022:                      $7,700.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2022, Item Number 22222-2

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
