Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a supplementary reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for municipal incurred costs associated with the CBD Signals project, providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Four Thousand ($2,494,000.00) dollars, reimbursable at eighty percent, representing an increase of Five Hundred and Seventy Thousand ($570,000.00) dollars from the previous supplement to reimbursement agreement #47190; account details to be authorized and encumbered on an individual service agreement basis.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an supplementary Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for the municipal portion of Commonwealth Incurred Costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering and Final Design phase of the CBD Signals project, at a cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand ($12,000.00), a Zero dollar ($0) increase from the previous agreement, chargeable and payable from the following account(s):
