Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                       The Mayor and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into a settlement agreement approved by the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County for the sale of seven (7) vacant lots located at 2128, 2130, 2134, 2136, 2200, 2210 and 2218 Wilson Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pa 15212, Lot and Block Numbers 46-N-235, 46-N-234, 46-N-232, 46-N-231, 46-N-230, 46-J-341 and 46-J-337 (the "Properties") for $3,200 (2128 Wilson Ave), $2,500 (2130 Wilson Ave) $2.500 (2134 Wilson Ave), $200 (2136 Wilson Ave) $200 (2200 Wilson Ave) $200 (2210 Wilson Ave) $3,400 (2218 Wilson Ave). The sale arises out of four (4) Conservatorship lawsuits filed by Blight 2 Light, Inc. and docketed at GD 18-006858, 006865, 006857 and 006871. The City Solicitor or a designee Assistant City Solicitor representing the City is further authorized to sign any required consent order of court agreeing to the sales.

 

Section 2.                      Upon execution of such settlement agreement, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to execute a quitclaim deed and any other necessary or appropriate documents and instruments conveying all of the City's right, title and interest in the subject properties to Blight 2 Light, Inc. Perryhill Top Farm, LLC.  Blight 2 Light Perryhill Top Farm, LLC shall cover all costs of the conveyance.
