Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a grant agreement or agreements with the Federal Emergency Management Agency for purchases in conjunction with the 2014 Port Security Grant Program, including new SCUBA (Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus) equipment, a man-portable rapid deployment robot, and a diagnostic tool to provide real time X-rays. Pursuant to the 2014 Port Security Grant Program, said grant agreement or agreements shall provide a total sum of One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Six Dollars and no cents ($133,906.00) and shall be funded as follows:

FEMA's share of this sum shall be deposited into the following account:
2329400125.45703.00 (“Grants Trust Fund”) in the amount of One-Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Dollars and no cents ($100,430.00). All expenditures from the Grants Trust Fund shall be chargeable to and payable from 2329400125.50000.00....
