Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to issue a quit claim deed for property, in the 15th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Block 54 N, Lot  295, known as 331-333 Greenfield Avenue, to Robert & Denise M. Rosato, H/W, for the sum of $800.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Whereas:   The City of Pittsburgh owns certain property in the 15th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh; and

Whereas:   Said property is no longer needed by the City of Pittsburgh, and

Whereas:    Robert & Denise M. Rosato, H/W, have submitted a proposal to purchase said property for additional yard space upon certain terms and conditions;

Section 1.  That the proper officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute

                     and deliver a Quit Claim deed,  in form approved by the City Solicitor, conveying  the following described property.

Robert & Denise M. Rosato, H/W

PURCHASE PRICE:  $ 800.00

LOT:   50    X    79.35 

LOCATION:   331-333 Greenfield Avenue  

ACQUIRED:   April 19, 1920   PURCHASE
