Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA") providing for the transfer to URA of $250,000 to reimburse URA for costs incurred in the construction of the riverfront trail on Washington's Landing, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
