Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) for the use of certain property for senior facilities for the provision of center services to seniors in an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars ($15,200.00), chargeable to and payable from the Senior Citizen Program Trust Fund in the Department of Parks and Recreation.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) for the purposes of senior centers and shall include provisions for accessibility improvements, if needed to insure access for people with disabilities and may include custodial and maintenance services or provisions of center services to seniors.  Said Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such other terms and conditions as required.

 

                     The cost of this Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars ($15,200.00) in 2022, chargeable to and payable from the Senior Citizens Program Trust Fund, Account 5000285000.54501.00, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.

 

These facilities/programs consist of, but are not limited to the following location:

Section 2.                     That any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
