Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to execute in form approved by the City Solicitor, a Deed of Easement and Agreement with the Board of Public Education of the School District of Pittsburgh 341 S. Bellefield Ave. Pgh, PA 15213, on S. Ninth Street and Selby Way in the 17^th Ward, 3^rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
