Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the transfer to URA of $656,554.78 for the North Side Decorative Street Lighting project. (Council District No. 1)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of City Planning, Public Works and Engineering and Construction are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the design, inspection and construction by URA of certain decorative street lighting improvements in North Side neighborhoods, the dedication of the improvements to the City of Pittsburgh, and the waiver of permit fees for contractors employed by URA in the construction thereof, and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed Six Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Four and 78/100 Dollars ($656,554.78), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
