AS AMENDED BY SUBSTITUTE

 

Title

An Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article III, Chapter 902, Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 7 by changing from "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "RP" Residential Planned Unit Development District certain property having frontage on Bedford Avenue, Rowley Street, and Webster Avenue east of Roberts Street, 3rd Ward.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

 

Section 1.  Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 7, of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change from "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "RP" Residential Planned Unit Development District all that certain property bounded by:  Bedford Ave., the westerly, southerly and easterly bounded line of lot no. 312, Block 9-M in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, Bedford Ave., lots numbered 299 and 300, Block 9-M in the aforesaid system, Rowley Street, lot numbered 202, Block 9-S in the aforesaid system, Webster Ave., Roberts St., Rowley St., lots numbered 60 and 61, block 9-S in the aforesaid system and Roberts St., 3rd Ward.

 

Section 2

This Amendment shall take effect only upon recording of a Planning Commission approved Improvement Subdivision Site Plan for the subject property in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, County of Allegheny, within two years of the date of enactment of this Ordinance.
