Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $47,500.00 warrant in favor of Monti and Jacqueline Trimble c/o Robert Goldman, Esquire, 300 Mt. Lebanon Blvd. Suite 209-D,  Pittsburgh, PA 15234 and providing for an agreement with Monti and Jacqueline Trimble for acquisition by the City of Pittsburgh of property of Mr. & Mrs. Trimble at 833 Coast Avenue, 20^th Ward, City of Pittsburgh in full and final settlement of the action filed at GD 02-21214 in which Monti and Jacqueline Trimble suffered property damage by reason of water run-off to 833 Coast Avenue, in the City of Pittsburgh, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2004.
