Title
Resolution repealing Resolution No. 640, effective October 15, 1999, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts in connection with the renovation of Carnegie Library Branches for disability accessibility and for the purchase of equipment, materials, and supplies for said projects: and providing for the payment of the cost thereof," by repealing it in its entirety.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 640, effective October 15, 1999, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts in connection with the renovations of Carnegie Library Branches for disability accessibility and for the purchase of equipment, materials and supplies for said projects at a cost not to exceed $225,000.00 chargeable to and payable from Account 600000, Fund 2610, Org 301000, Sub-Class C1999, Project/Grant 2221444, Budget Year 1999."
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
