Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to accept a donation from Laborer’s District Council in the amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($300,000.00) dollars for the purchase and installation of scoreboards at fields used for youth sports in the City. Donated monies shall be deposited into JDE Account number 28007.4000280070.48311.
