Resolution amending Resolution 686 of 2020, which authorized the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Amended Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with ShotSpotter, Inc. (d/b/a SST, Inc.) for the continuation and expansion of the City's gunshot-detection system, by updating the vendor name and increasing the approved amount by $132,932.00 for an amended total cost not to exceed EIGHT MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FOUR DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($8,481,204.00) over eight years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 686 of 2020, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution 193 of 2018, which authorized the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a three-year Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with ShotSpotter, Inc. (d/b/a SST, Inc.) for the continuation and expansion of the City's gunshot-detection system, by extending the term for five additional years and increasing the not-to-exceed amount by FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-TWO DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($4,962,022.00)," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a an Amended Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with SST, Inc. Soundthinking, Inc., for the continuation and expansion of the City's gunshot-detection system at an overall cost not to exceed EIGHT MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($8,348,272.00) EIGHT MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FOUR DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($8,481,204.00) payable from the following accounts in their corresponding budget years:
