Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 891, effective January 1, 2003, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,

is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.

Section 2.      In all other respects, Resolution No. 891, effective January 1, 2003, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
